Morning Mug Workshops


GoggleWorks offers the chance for the novice to the expert to come participate in a series of ceramic workshops that benefit GoggleWorks programs, such as the After School Arts Program and Summer Camps. These programs focus on promoting the arts to area youth, teaching them a skill and allowing them to become the creative individual they know they can be. The Morning Mug Workshop allows people to create two mugs, one to take and one that will be sold through the GoggleWorks Store.

Using more advanced wheel throwing techniques, students will create a ceramic lantern and a ceramic birdhouse. Students create these by combining multiple wheel thrown pieces together.
