PD1046 WaterCOLOR! Beginner to Intermediate

Students will explore watercolor using varied techniques from wet-into-wet to dry brush. We’ll learn how to mix colors, use values, and design a composition to create glowing watercolors.

PD1054 Learn to See, Learn to Draw

Learn to draw in the lifelike, photorealistic style of artist Jan Gaul. First learn to see, and then learn to draw. Knowing what is truly black, truly white, and everything in between is the first step towards drawing with accuracy. Great for beginners and for people who want to learn to draw with graphite pencil.

Capture the magic of dramatic landscapes by learning to paint sky, water, and everything in between. We will cover subject selection, composition, light and shadow, color mixing, and paint application. May include an outdoor session. Beginner to intermediate, some drawing experience preferred.
