Glass Shop
Our state of the art glass facilities are perfect for coldworking, fusing, kiln casting, flameworking, stained glass, hot casting and glassblowing.
The warm/ cold studio is 2,000sq/ft and includes full coldshop, 3 casting kilns, 2 lg fusing kilns, and a lampworking studio.
The hot glass studio is 3,000sq./ft. and includes 4 benches and g-holes (Ranging from 16”-24”), 2 furnaces each holding 500lbs. each, plenty of annealing space, pipes/punties, tools, color ovens, lg. garage and a small coldworking area.

Demonstrations
A demonstration in GoggleWorks´ Hot Glass Studio.
GoggleWorks´ Hot Glass Studio offers free demonstrations highlighting techniques and artists each Wednesday from 12-3pm. Watch as the artist instructor demonstrates skills, explains how to use tools and details how a piece is created from start to finish.

Private Workshops
Up to 4 participants: $200. 1 hour.
Up to 8 participants: $400. 2 hours.
Experience the magic of hot solid glass sculpting in this hands-on workshop, where you’ll pick and apply colors, twist and turn your piece, then blow or shape it into a colorful and unique paperweight or glass flower. No previous experience is necessary.
Please note: Participants must tie back long hair and wear closed-toe shoes and long-sleeved shirts made of natural materials (non-synthetic).
Hot Glass

Hot Glass Studio Costs

- Small hole (16 inch diameter opening, 29 inch depth glory hole)
- Hourly Rate: $40.00 (3 hour minimum-includes ½ annealer)
- Day Rate: $300.00 (8 hours- includes one annealer)
- 30 Hour Block: $990.00 (must be taken in minimum 3 hour slots)
- Medium hole (18 inch diameter opening, 36 inch depth glory hole)
- Hourly Rate: $45.00 (3 hour minimum- includes ½ annealer)
- Day Rate: $340.00 (8 hours- includes one annealer)
- 30 Hour Block: $1,140.00 (must be taken in minimum 3 hour slots)
- Large hole (24 inch diameter opening, 46 inch depth glory hole)
- Hourly Rate: $50.00 (3 hour minimum- includes ½ annealer)
- Day Rate: $375.00 (8 hours- includes one annealer)
- 30 Hour Block: $1,350.00 (must be taken in minimum 3 hour slots)
Extra Services
TORCH SYSTEMS
Exact Hand torches, a Nortel Ranger, an a Nortel Multimix torch are available for $2/hour.
USE OF GARAGE
$6.00/hour
ADDITIONAL ANNEALER SPACE
$35.00/8 hours
-Some glass color bar and frit are available for purchase.
-All rentals and classes include use of hand tools, punties & pipes and oven color.
-Casting rates are available upon request.
