GoggleWorks Center for the Arts comes alive during our new monthly Spotlight Nights! The evenings, offered monthly, feature exhibition openings, artist talks, live demonstrations, open studios, walk-in workshops, and participatory art activities for all ages. Admission and parking are always free.

Join our Winter 2017 visiting artist, Jerry Bennett in the ceramics studio as he discusses the merits of paper clay and demonstrates how to make and work with this versatile material; where many of the rules governing regular clay do not apply.

March 4 / BCIU Secondary Art Exhibit Awards Ceremony / 1-3pm
The awards ceremony for the Berks County Secondary Art Exhibit will be held on Sunday, March 4th, from 1-3pm in Room 420 at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. This year’s winners will be announced in 16 categories, along with special awards from Berks County Intermediate Unit, GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, Reading-Berks Guild of Craftsmen, and Berks Art Council. Everyone is welcome to walk through Cohen Gallery before or after the awards ceremony to see all of the student artwork on display.
